MoxiPresent: Getting Started & Getting Help
How to access MoxiPresent, navigate your presentations and templates, and troubleshoot common issues.
What Is MoxiPresent?
MoxiPresent is Side's listing and buyer presentation builder. It's used to create polished, branded presentations for client meetings — listing pitches, buyer consultations, and market reports. Each Side agency has its own dedicated MoxiPresent account with agency branding pre-built in.
Accessing MoxiPresent
MoxiPresent uses a separate login from Okta — it has its own username and password. Your login credentials are your Side branded email address plus a MoxiPresent-specific password that you set independently.
- Go to presentbyside.com in your browser.
- Enter your Side branded email address as your username.
- Enter your MoxiPresent password — this is separate from your Okta password. If you haven't set one yet or have forgotten it, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
First Time Logging In?
Your MoxiPresent account is provisioned as part of Side's Growth Tools. If you've never logged in before, use the Forgot Password link at presentbyside.com to set your password — your account already exists, you just need to create your own password to activate it.
If Forgot Password doesn't find your account, contact help@side.com to confirm provisioning.
Presentations & Templates
Once logged in, you'll see two main tabs at the top of your dashboard:
📁 My Presentations
Presentations you've personally created. These have your agency's branding built in and are private to you by default.
👥 Team Presentations
Presentations shared across your team. Also branded to your agency. Useful for referencing team-wide materials or presentations your Partner has shared with the group.
Where to Find Templates
When creating a new presentation, you'll be prompted to pick a template. Templates are organized into two sections in the dropdown:
| Template Section | What's There | Use This For |
|---|---|---|
| Office Templates | Your agency's branded templates — listing presentations, buyer presentations, and any custom templates your team has built. | ✅ Use this for all new presentations. This is where your agency-specific content lives. |
| Brokerage Templates | Legacy templates from Side's original platform. These are being phased out and will eventually stop appearing. | ⚠️ Do not use for new presentations — agency branding may not be correct. Use Office Templates instead. |
Branding
MoxiPresent presentations are branded to your individual agency — not to Side. Both My Presentations and Team Presentations reflect your agency's logo, colors, and identity. The Side corporate logo does not appear.
If your branding looks incorrect — wrong logo, wrong colors, or outdated information — contact help@side.com. Branding updates are managed on the backend by Side's support team and cannot be changed by agents directly.
Submit a Business Services request to make edits to your listing and buyer presentation templates — including name changes, title, contact info, and headshot updates.

Troubleshooting Login
If MoxiPresent is spinning, frozen, or throwing an error on login, work through these steps in order:
- Clear your cache and cookies in Chrome (Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data). This resolves the majority of spinning/loop issues.
- Try an Incognito window — open a new Chrome Incognito window and go to presentbyside.com directly. If it works in Incognito, a browser extension is likely interfering.
- Try a different browser — Firefox or Safari can help isolate whether the issue is Chrome-specific.
- Reset your password — click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the prompts. Remember: MoxiPresent has its own password, separate from Okta.
Common Questions
Make sure you're selecting from Office Templates, not Brokerage Templates, in the template picker. If Office Templates are empty or missing your agency's branded templates, contact help@side.com — your agency's templates may need to be configured on the backend.
Yes. Any presentations you created previously remain in your account under My Presentations or Team Presentations and are still fully usable. You just won't be able to create new presentations using the old Brokerage Templates going forward — use Office Templates for anything new.
Yes — MoxiPresent generates a shareable link for any presentation. Open the presentation and look for the Share or Present option to copy a client-facing link. The client can view it in their browser without needing a MoxiPresent account.
Yes — contact help@side.com with your request. Template creation and updates are managed by Side's support team. For edits to existing presentations (name, headshot, contact info), submit a Business Services request.
No. Presentations should show your agency branding only — the Side logo should not appear. If you're seeing the Side logo, contact help@side.com to have the branding corrected on the backend.
