These happen at different stages:
- A document error happens before your documents are sent for signature. It is caught automatically by the Side App.
- A compliance rejection happens after your documents have been signed and submitted for Compliance Review. It is flagged by the Side compliance team.
Fixing document errors early reduces the chance of a compliance rejection later.
