Advanced notification settings can be set in Daily Digest. Click on the bell in the top right corner, then click on the gear icon to get to your notification settings page.
Note: Turn off space notifications for the Referral Exchange and/or any other spaces that you are subscribed to for every post, so that you stop getting regular emails here. If desired, you could also leave the referral exchange space, to stop notifications from it completely.
