Use the ASA (Additional Signature Addendum) when there are more than four buyers or sellers. The ASA is all manually editable where nothing is pulled from the cover sheet.
Note: You can only use the ASA to add buyers before there is mutually accepted (“ratified”) agreement. It cannot be used to add a new buyer to an existing purchase contract.
If there is already an existing purchase contract and a new buyer is being added, you will need to create an assignment using the CAR AOAA (Assignment of Agreement Addendum), not the ASA.
