What is required to pass compliance for a new build buyer referral file?

You will need to ensure compliance is met in order to be paid commission.

The following documents need to be uploaded in the Compliance tool for a new build buyer referral to be compliant:

1. A fully executed contract
2. A Co-op broker agreement (This can also be called Agent Registration & Referral Fee Agreement, Builder Commission Agreement etc.)
3. Final Closing Statement / Closing Package
