Preview in the Side App will only display information reflecting what’s on the Cover Sheet, which does not include signatures.
Once a document is fully signed;
- A green signed tag on the document thumbnail will be visible.
- To view the signatures, click the three dots on the document thumbnail image.
- From the action menu, select Download.
- This action pulls the original signed document from DocuSign with the visible signatures.
