- Scenario A: Error message when sending for signing - Please notate the error message and chat to support. Based on the error message, the team will be able to provide support.
- Scenario B: Documents are not going through and no error message displayed - Try saving half of the documents to the inactive section and send for signing in batches. If they still do not send reach out to chat support.
- Scenario C: Grayed out and frozen - Reach out to chat support or email help@side.com to create a ticket for our Product team.
