Side has voided your RFA form request due to missing or invalid information.
Your form included one or more of the following errors:
- Missing fee type or amount

Missing broker name
(Note: do not input the name of the brokerage agency. It needs to be the broker name) - Invalid email address of one or more parties set to receive the form
- Missing Client name
- Missing property address (if applicable)
Please go back into Side App and submit the RFA form with the corrected information.
